Making the world a little sweeter one cookie at a time

We were at our first cookie booth sale last weekend and the weather was great! I was so surprised at the enthusiasm of our customers,they were so happy to see us.Everyone has their
favorite cookies and they stock up.My girls were very happy. People who couldn't eat the cookies donated to our local community table that we serve food at.Sure feels good to make people smile!
I was cruising all the blogs that I check in with everyday and it's so nice to see some other bloggers out selling cookies too!

Postcards from every where!

Aimee at Adventures and Pursuits is putting together a postcard swap and we'll be representing Oregon.

How it works: 50 families (one from each state) will swap postcards over the next year. Each state will have their own week and will send out 49 postcards, one to each state, during that week. We will go in alphabetical order of the states. At the end of 50 weeks we will all have received a postcard from 49 other states!

My daughter and I are excited to recieve postcards from all the different states.How fun.

Percy Jackson party a hit!

What a wonderful day filled with Greek Gods and luscious bounty of food.Percy Jackson is full of great images and exciting games.The girls enjoyed the concession stand and then after the movie a feast,crafts and games.

I am excited to be planning a theme party around the new PERCY JACKSON movie due out!
So obviously I had to do my homework and read the book,Its really good,very exciting.I will let you know how it goes!
