I love xmas but can we wait till after Thanksgiving? I know we say it every year ,but xmas commercials are starting earlier every year? My daughter goes from Halloween straight to Xmas? Let's slow down can we?

Growing up in England I never celebrated Thanksgiving(obviously) but I am learning every year the meaning and  history of this great country.I always enjoy setting the table and doing crafts with my daughter.The cooking I leave to my sister-in - law.
