I love Doris day...She is my all time favorite movie star!She is always with the most gorgeous male stars.The clothes are just so great.I also loved her in thrillers!

SCHOOL REVISITED

This is the front door of my school!
I know it's a funny way to start a blog conversation but after going back to my school on a recent trip to England it didn't feel so big and ominous as it did when I was 12 years old!
I went to a boarding school in North Wales.
I can honestly tell my daughter I know how all the kids at Hogwort's feel!!!(Harry Potter)

This was where We ate all our meals...no floating candles though?
It all seems like a dream. We actually wore long cloaks.It has a wonderful history but on my return I met so many amazing women who were all about 90 and their stories just amazed my daughter! of course She wants to go there now?

I think my husband was quite amazed!!!

A Cute Thank you

I was excited to offer one of my party packages to
my daughter's preschool,She is currently in 4th grade,
so it was so great to still support such a great school.
The family that bid on my party and won were so happy!
They called and I will be planning a Monkey party for the cutest little five year old.
The letter on the right is signed by the whole class.
What a wonderful feeling I got from this letter!

Another reason I have been MIA. I have a Girl Scout troop and we are planning our
yearly camping trip,once all the cookie money was counted!!! They are so excited and my favorite part.It's complete with cabins and 'bathrooms'.I know it's not really camping but I'm not 10 any more!!!

Spring is coming!

It's amazing how much a little sunshine can inspire and excite.
All's been quiet this last momth in the childrens party business.Parents are just coming out of Holiday slump.I know Easter is on its way but it seems to signal 'spring is coming'.With that I think We feel able to plan our upcoming year.Enter a client!!! I just love a brand new party to plan,the expectation of our first meeting,the excitement of picking a theme...I love it!

I am really hoping Alice is in my future, I love all things Mad Hatter, Strawberry Tarts, flamingo's.The list goes on.The last time I did an Alice theme my daughter turned 4. That was quite a few years a go.One of my favorite sites is http://www.jessicaclaire.net
